Almost all of the solutions provided online take immense amount of work,  and in most cases do not even provide a permanent solution. If you haven't requested a check the likely cause is disk corruption (physical damage) to the point that it won't boot except in safe mode. I'm not finding where people have put together a reproducible error and resolution case.
