Daemon Tools Lite Downloader Can't Download The Setup Files
Just to share, do restart you computer after deleting the registry and restart again after installing the sptd. One question though, on certain systems such as Sega Saturn it says to point Daemon Tools Lite to DTAGENT.exe instead of DTLite.exe in RocketLauncher ? I suspect. Daemon Tools relies on SPTD (a SCSI pass through driver) to do it’s magic and it checks whether it is installed.
I had to reboot before it would let me install (I kept getting the "failed to open service key" until I did). I will make sure I share this with many. But I still couldn't install the SPTD. This is not a permanent solution and you cannot use the auto start option in Daemon tools, personally I never did anyway. [Edit 09-09-09]It is the stangest thing!

But I haven't heard of any issues with simply installing DT10 or the SPTD drivers themselves.
