Please install the appropriate Crystal Reports redistributable (CRRedist*.msi) containing the correct version of the Crystal Reports runtime (x86, x64, or Itanium) required. Try to install that. I have gone through several forums and the common solution was installing the correct version of runtime.Since I do not have that luxury.
