I'm thinking my PSU is going bad (hopefully), but after looking around it seems as if it's the motherboard or CPU that may be going bad. Some settings may not have carried over properly when you updated. For those of you who wish to know more about multimeters there is an excellent article in Wikipedia. Im hoping someone with extensive knowledge can maybe shed some light why this would be happening.
