Just for kicks I popped it back on the "CPU_FAN" header and that was working as well so that's where I left it. Works here, plugged into the CPU_FAN header. I can't really believe anything is faulty with the cooling system itself because this "heating" problem has come and go in the past, but it just seemed like a glitch. Being the novice modder that I am and aspire to be, I ground the frame of the fan down trying to get everything to fit. I find that H100 power cable was bad, Replaced it with a new one and it resolved the issue.
Default is 600 rpm change value to 200 rpm should eliminate cpu fan error. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch. I soon realised Corsair had placed a plastic sheath over the pins to prevent them getting bent. Bois indicates still not present. I finally went to the h100i and it seems to work ok.
