The Windows Common Controls mscomctl.ocx file has become un-registered. I am having this issue with an Excel Spreadsheet and everything and everywhere I've tried does not work... The second image is the error I get in the actual custom project (DrawingSettings is a custom form in the project that isn't recognized for some reason).
